Baptism Information

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST contact Fr. David to schedule the baptism. There are designated dates for baptisms, but we can be flexible due to family circumstances. We typically do not do baptisms during Lent, and only do private baptisms for emergency situations. The sacrament of baptism is meant to be a public service where all the church joins in with prayer and song.. Upon completion of the form, please call the office at 850-244-8621 or email Fr. David - rector@stsimons-fwb.org. (Note: if multiple family members are requesting baptism, please fill out a form for each.)
